About 80% of the buildings built before 1994 contains Asbestos. Asbestos is mainly found in roofs, facades, floor finishes and gas heaters in homes and utility buildings. Simply because asbestos has many positive properties. Asbestos has a very big disadvantage when exposed. Someone can get sick from the fibers, possibly resulting in death.

The Proof of Participation is valid for 3 years. Due to changes in laws and regulations, we recommend students to refresh their knowledge by following the e-learning Recognise Asbestos every 3 years.
