Which data is processed?
When your employer or you register for one of our services, we ask you to
provide personal information. This data is used to perform the service. We
collect and process, among other things, the following data: your name, address
and other data such as telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and any
other data required to perform the service and your feedback about the training.
We also collect and process personal data in the context of the training, such
as your attendance, your results and whether you passed or failed. The data is
stored on secure servers of PlusPort or those of a third party if this is
necessary to perform the service (s) that you have requested. We will not
combine this data with other personal data that we have.
For what purposes is your data porcessed?
PlusPort uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- the registration and administrative processing of your participation in
the training you have chosen;
- providing the training you have chosen;
- to provide information requested by you and to respond to your
questions;
- to send you our newsletter or brochure;
- to perform analyzes so that we can improve our services.
In the context of being able to provide the training you have chosen, we share
your personal data with third parties, such as, for example, exam institutes,
practical trainers and classroom trainers who play a role in being able to
perform the service you have ordered from us.

for your personal information that is relevant to the situation in question.
This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests. The
data is stored on secure servers of PlusPort or those of a third party. We will
not combine this data with other personal data that we have.

or on behalf of PlusPort. You can also request information about other details
of the processing of your personal data, such as the retention period of your
data (or the criteria to determine that period) and categories of third-party

Change: If your personal data is incorrect, incomplete or has not been processed in
accordance with the AVG, you have the right to have your personal data changed
or supplemented.
Constraint: You can also have PlusPort restrict the processing of your personal data, for
example during the period that we check your request to change your personal

have your personal data removed by PlusPort, unless PlusPort has reasons
permitted under the GPC to keep your personal data.

to the processing of your personal data by PlusPort. PlusPort may hereby request
