Since it was founded in 1962, Aviko has been working every day on an extensive range of high-quality potato specialties. In addition to product innovation, process innovation also plays an important role within Aviko, such as the development of its own production processes. Therefore, to ensure continuous high quality and innovation, Aviko pays a lot of attention to the development of its employees.
In collaboration with Aviko, we have developed a VR promotion set in this context. The promo is intended to test the possibilities of VR as a training tool and at the same time to promote learning within the organization in an innovative way. The promo contains a series of video clips in 360 degrees, filmed at various locations in an Aviko factory. The only thing missing is the smell of teh fries and potato croquettes! In the excerpts an employee explains why learning is so important within Aviko and what opportunities there are for Aviko through its employees. The excerpts are alternated with intercative questions and textual explanations.
